Nature Provides the Recipe
The ingredients in all of our drinks reflect the spirit of our Slovenian home. We forage wild herbs and berries from the forests and meadows of the Soča Valley, extracting their alpine intensity for our bitters. Our vermouth is made from fresh grapes, concentrated to deliver natural, juicy sweetness. Added sugar? None. Bay leaves, not lemons, bring a citrus twist to our Negroni—softening the alpine edge with Mediterranean warmth.

Our vermouth was created together with Movia, one of Slovenia’s most respected wine estates and a long-time friend of Ana’s. Drawing on decades of biodynamic expertise, the grapes are harvested at their peak and slowly reduced to deliver a rich, juicy body with no added sugar needed. Wild-foraged alpine botanicals from the Soča Valley and warming spices lend balanced depth, creating a wildly refined wintery aperitif that is layered, complex, and deeply expressive of our terroir.
