Welcome to Ana Roš Drinks. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and online store, including all purchases made through the platform. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Platform Hosting
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., a Canadian-based e-commerce provider. Shopify offers us the infrastructure to sell and manage our products securely. By using this site, you may also be subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and cookie policies.
3. Eligibility
Our products are only available to individuals aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in your country of residence. Orders that do not meet this requirement will be cancelled.
4. Product Nature
Our drinks are artisanal and seasonal in nature. Variations in colour, flavour, and batch characteristics are part of their identity and not considered defects. While we aim to represent each product accurately, all images are for reference only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods include Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other integrated providers. Payments are processed securely; we do not store payment details.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time and are not liable for typographical errors.
6. Contract Formation
By placing an order via our webshop, you make a binding offer to purchase the listed products. After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The purchase contract is concluded upon this confirmation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to select countries in Europe. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by destination.
You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. While we work with reliable partners, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or force majeure events.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at host@anaros.eu. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for opened bottles or due to taste preferences.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers in the EU have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are unopened and undamaged.
To exercise this right, please email us with a clear statement of withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless resulting from gross negligence or intent. Our liability for minor negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
This limitation applies also to our legal representatives and agents. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of Ana Roš Drinks or its affiliates and may not be used without written permission.
12. Data Protection
We process your personal data according to the EU GDPR and Slovenian law. Details on how your data is used can be found in our Privacy Policy.
When subscribing to our newsletter, your email will be used for our own marketing purposes until you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana unless otherwise required by consumer law.
